Over a dozen Illinois schools have expressed interest in playing 8-Man football in the near future! If you have thought about it, or know that you are committing in a certain year, please reach out to let us know. 8-Man football is growing in America and it is saving programs across the country. It is now time for Illinois to enjoy the same benefits that the 8-Man game provides.
“Playing 8-man football has allowed us to keep our strong football tradition alive. It gives our kids a chance to play in a competitive situation, and affords us the opportunity to develop our younger players in a safer environment. It has been a great move for our school and I believe it will be a great move for many small schools that want to continue to provide the great sport of football.”
– John Lalor: Head Coach – Alden-Hebron HS
